CANCELLATION POLICY: Unfortunately no refunds are offered at this time * Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis. No refunds due to weather restrictions on events days. No refunds for injuries, medical or personal reasons. If enough time is given for a replacement to be found-guests can REQUEST (with case by case approval) a clinic reschedule for a fee of $750 CHECK-IN: Check in times will be emailed out ahead of time. Client is responsible for being at check in location at the time each trip/clinic begins. MEDICAL CONCERNS: If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please connect with us prior to booking your trip/clinic and we will work with you to create your best possible experience.
